• Thick 'n' Thin Yarns
  These are a "heat set" twisted yarns which give a two-tone effect (Sprinkle effect) on fabric dyeing. These yarns are available in both bright and semi dull lustre.
• YOX Yarns
  YOX has filaments of different deniers carefully positioned in the body of the yarn. It gives cotton like feel and excellent drape to the fabric.
• Bishrinkage Yarns
  Two filaments of differential shrinkage make up this yarn. Also, wet processing gives a velvet like surface because of the raising of the less shrunk yarn. These come in bright and Semi dull lustre.
• Cationic Dyeable Polyester
  Silk like shades in fabrics made from these yarns are widely used in ladies dress materials. These yarns come in Bright and semi dull lustre.

We offer more than 1000 shades including Black Dope Dyed. And we also meet higher fastness levels required for "Automotive Textiles".

All our products are tested through 3 tier systems to ensure "A" grade quality products:

• Online Tension monitoring systems. (Uniform near metered length)
• Textured yarn testing
• Tube Knit Dyeing Test

Based on customer requirements, export packing is done in two ways:

• Small cartons with 6 packages.
• Jumbo cartons with 100 packages on pallets.

Reliance has one of the largest texturizing facilities in the world having 250 texturising machines at Silvassa, Nagpur & Allahabad. Currently it produces around 328 TPA of Recron^® Textured Yarn. It has the state of the art “Automatic Packing System” (APS) and “Bobbin Tracking System (BTS) for efficient and quality packing. Further, it has “On Line Tensionmeter” (OLT) on each machine to ensure that each package is tested for unique quality and continuity of the merge.
