Recron® Precoloured
Indian textile industry started dyeing the fibers themselves to achieve significantly low level of shade variation between various pieces from a collection of dyed fabrics and garments. Unfortunately grey fibre and tow tends to lose its original properties and surface finish on dying. This may result in poor spinning performance and inferior yarn quality which leads to inevitable value loss.

As a solution to this problem, Reliance has lanched the Recron® Pre Coloured Fibers and Yarns. Recron® Pre-Coloured polyester staple fibres, tow and yarns offer a very high consistency of shade as well as unmatched washing, light, rubbing, sublimation & perspiration fastness, making it suitable for both Apparel and Technical Textiles.

Fabrics made of Recron® Pre-Coloured fibre is way ahead of the competition because of the ensuring high consistency of shade and high all round fastness.

Quality & Regulatory Certification

Recron® Pre-Coloured polyester staple fibres and Tow are Oekotex 100, product Class-1 certified, and meet the human-ecological requirements of the standard established for baby articles.

These products also fulfill the requirements of Annex XVII of REACH (including the use of Azo dyes, nickel, etc) as well as the American requirement regarding total lead content in children’s articles (CPSIA).

The entire range of Recron® Pre-Coloured shades pass the stringent all round fastness properties that are required by most of the top branded garment manufacturers.
